Can someone please explain half of these. The only one I get is the dog one. Like why does he think everyone is Tails and then kill them or proceed to touch a girls ear ring (i get its a ring) and she then gets pregnant

Have you noticed that aside from the woman with the earrings and the dog, all it's victims are children with blonde-orange hair and blue eyes?

As for the ring thing, when Sonic gets 100 rings he gets an extra life. Keep that in mind when reading that comic.
